My wife and I moved to Summit County from Iowa in 1985. Over the past 25 years, we have enjoyed all the Summit County has to offer. We have raised two daughters here, one who has graduated from Summit High School and the University of Colorado. As a family, we have enjoyed many activities together including world class downhill, nordic skiing, mountain biking, and hiking. I have worked as a corporate property manager, a licensed general contractor, and have been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1991. My wife Dawn assists me and has vast experience in the real estate market, She developed this knowledge as Vice President of Summit County Abstract and currently with Land Title. Keta Braggins


Keta Braggins moved to Breckenridge in 1985 after graduating from the University of Kansas. She planned on staying for one ski season but fell in love with Breckenridge and the mountain lifestyle and all it had to offer. Keta started selling real estate in Breckenridge in 1993 after teaching skiing for several years. Her passion for living in the mountains is evident when assisting her clients buy and sell homes. Andy Racuch


After graduating from the civil engineering program in the Czech Republic, Andy worked as a commercial construction project manager.  In the early nineties, his family immigrated to Minnesota, where Andy started a remodeling company while expanding his business education in the MBA program. Drawn by the mountains and outdoor activities, he moved to Summit County, Colorado in 1997 and has been enjoying this spectacular valley ever since.  In the late nineties, Andy started a successful home inspection business, Tiger Home and Building Inspections.  In 2008, Mountain Property Watch was created as a separate business. A complimentary real estate sales component was added to the business through the partnership with the Breckenridge Real Estate Group in 2011. That gave the business visibility and presence on the Breckenridge Main Street.

Michael O'Neill


Michael was born in Massapequa, Long Island, and has been a Summit County Colorado resident for 26 years. He lives in Frisco, CO with wife Brooke and sons Max and Shamus. Raising a family in the County has enabled them to enjoy all aspects of the community including all the sports and recreation Colorado has to offer; skiing, snowboarding, fly fishing, biking, hiking, tennis, rafting, rock climbing, hockey, lacrosse, soccer, basketball, etc. Michael was the captain of the 1978 Johns Hopkins University National Championship Lacrosse Team and a 4-year All-American, and was instrumental in starting the lacrosse program in Summit County for the elementary, middle and high schools.

Stephanie Farley

Stephanie combines an extensive knowledge of the area with a passion for design and building to provide insight at every level of the real estate transaction. She has personal experience building, remodeling and selling property in Breckenridge with her husband Chris, a plumbing and heating contractor.

After graduating from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, she moved to Breckenridge where she has worked as a writer and raised two sons. She has volunteered for numerous community associations benefitting youth, pets and town events. She enjoys the multitude of activities this area offers including skiing, golf, trail running, and biking.
